So what actually interesting stuff is being slid by this insufferably boring and astonishingly obvious kayfabe?

Elon still poking the bear with the most obvious and correct take. Inaction has beaten down the base and republicans going back to the same playbook won't make the evil white men get out to vote. Trump isn't on the ticket and his voters won't vote unless they have a reason greater than "they will take your guns". See the disaster in Wisconsin. The RNC did nothing and even Elon stepping in and bank rolling it did nothing. If you have Elon out there funding primary challengers and spoil candidates they are mega screwed.

Best case scenario is that Trump tries to wind down the conflict but at the same time try to distance himself with Elon going forward.
A billionaire like Peter Thiel that keeps himself in the background is preferable to a ticking time bomb that will call you a pedophile the moment you disagree on something.

Late, but
>Herrera
Is she related to Brandon Herrera? That would actually be a reason for her keeping her last name out of it. I know that Herrera is a common surname, though. The big and tall aspect doesn't bother me, it's the bog-standard proglib behaviour. The Democrats are sending a "plus-size queer Latinx woman from Texas" to engage with men across the country? Do you know how many men are going to hit her with their best R. Lee Ermey impression and go "WELL I GUESS IT'S TRUE: ONLY STEERS AND QUEERS COME FROM TEXAS, BECAUSE YOU'RE BOTH"? It's even worse when you realize she's 22, doesn't have a fucking clue what the Democrats are throwing her into, and she's going to get eviscerated.

Either way, this is a great write-up. Have you considered making a thread in PG for this woman?
Brandon Herrera was born in North Carolina to a military family. Olivia Julianna Herrera's family has been in Texas for about a hundred years. Herrera's a fairly common last name, her using the name 'Olivia Julianna' is obviously for marketing purposes.

I'm not sure if she warrants a thread yet, but if she keeps desperately trying to stay politically relevant by pretending she can talk to conservative men, she might. I'm curious about the group she was originally in, Gen Z for Change, because it's insanely obviously astroturfed:
Gen-Z for Change, formerly called TikTok for Biden, (Spanish: Gen-Z X el Cambio, formerly Gen-Z por el Cambio) is a left-wing American non-profit advocacy organization, founded in 2020 that uses social media to promote civil discourse and civil action among members of Generation Z. It consists of a core team of 15–20 people and a coalition of over 500 content creators and activists, and partners with influencers, activists and celebrities to produce multimedia content. Its advocacy addresses a wide range of topics such as abortion rights, COVID-19, student debt cancellation, climate change, income inequality, social inequality, immigration, racial justice, gun control, foreign policy, voting rights, and LGBTQ issues. Collectively, Gen-Z for Change's members have 540 million followers and receive 1.5 billion monthly views on social media.

Gen-Z for Change has received significant news coverage for its activities, including a one-hour briefing with the White House for 30 prominent TikTok content creators about the United States’ strategic goals regarding the Russian invasion of Ukraine (which was parodied by Saturday Night Live), protests against companies such as Starbucks and Kroger for anti-union firings, and abortion-rights advocacy following the U.S. Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade in June 2022. Olivia Julianna, one of Gen-Z for Change's political strategists, raised more than $2 million in donations to abortion funds across the country through the organization after U.S. Representative Matt Gaetz ridiculed her appearance in July 2022.

Someone else who might be needing a thread soon is Nicholas "When Must We Kill Them?" Decker. He's recently been advocating legalizing bestiality:
Off topic a bit but this faggot is arguing for zooaphile rights.

Anyway Azealia Banks is great, I will now go out of my way to listen to her shit.
IMG_1646.webp
No famous person I can think of has had the balls to point out that the Arab world has had its own history of colonizing and yes they traded Africans slaves and still have slavery to this day. It’s tiring that our culture permits this noble underdog Arab nonsense.
Azealia is funny, but she has a thread for a reason. She has no consistent beliefs and will say whatever she thinks will piss people off the most. One day she will be complaining about trannies, the next day she will accuse JK Rowling of just being jealous of trannies because they're hotter than her.

Just think of her as a shitposter first and foremost.

So let me get this straight, libertarians and Elon Musk are sperging about an extension to the 2017 tax cuts. Jesus Christ when did the libertarian movement become pro tax. The government should learn that money is already not theirs so extending said cuts does not "increase the deficit" because they haven't been getting that money since 2017.

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem announced that TSA is ending Obama's Quiet Skies Program, which had federal agents secretly follow American citizens as they flew across the country.

Under the guise of "national security," the Biden administration weaponized this program against political opponents such as current Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard.

This move not only helps restore citizen privacy but also saves the US taxpayer nearly $200 million per year.

It's not good enough to simply stop doing it.

It must be made illegal for them to do it again in the future.
lol billionaire slap fight!

Anyway, if Trump is truly on Epstein's "list," then the list would have come out 5+ years ago. I firmly believe this.
Yes, there is absolutely no way in hell they didn't make a huge showing of releasing it and arresting Trump during the campaign if there was anything here. Period. The time to do so would have been around October 2024. They tried to kill him three times instead. That we know of. You don't do that if you have some prime blackmail material to fire off and make him go away.

He's had entire countries' worth of spies, spooks, and glowies looking into his background. If there was anything there they would have nailed his ass to the wall years ago.

I don't see SpaceX getting nationalized if push comes to shove, why would the Trump administration want to do that if it's already planning major budget cuts to NASA?

I need to slap a massive :optimistic: sticker on Trump's forehead. "...it would have kept people from knowingly saying untruths".

This is an incredibly stupid statement. As if Trump hasn't seen all the blatant lies the media and Democrats haven't been knowingly saying. If the past decade has proven anything, people will take the opposite stance of anything Trump says, because Cheeto Hitler Man is BAD.

Trump says he loves kittens. You just said you love kittens. You're joking right? You don't actually like kittens at all, but actually hate kittens, right? Because if you like kittens, you're agreeing with Trump, who I remind you, is the Ultimate Evil. You don't want to agree with the Ultimate Evil, do you?

Trump could have had these numbers beforehand, waving around hard proof that tariffs were drastically shrinking the deficit, and you would still have had the New York Times, the Washington Post, and all the other rags unfit for ass-wiping posting the same numbers, claiming that Trump was spending the country into a deeper hole and tariffs were destroying the economy for nothing.

Knowingly saying untruths is his enemies' MO.

It was an alliance of convenience. Musk needs to stop acting like he's the shadow president.
You think he took all the Reddit sperging that he was the true shadow president using Trump as a puppet a little too seriously?

Musk saying Trump was on the Epstein flight logs is not the own he thinks it is, because A: he's lying about it because he's mad (he has lied about calling people pedos before when he's super pissed at someone so it's not out of the question), or B: It shows he has no morals and knowingly worked and let his own fucking SON hang out near a pedophile just because he did things that he liked.
Elon strikes me as the kind of sperg who doesn't understand why neurotypicals are so weird about sex and age and consent and all that other stuff that makes no sense to a sperg, but does know that "pedophile" is a magic word that will send one normie after another in a murderous rage.

No one was saying balance the budget. Cuts yes, which is being done, but by and large fixing the economy and immigration were the top things. Now Elon's looking for any attempt to cushion the crashout, even hiding behind pathetic Pence-level "this is America" bullshit.
>americans voted to:
>balance the budget
>release the epstein files

americans voted to close the border and kill DEI. trumps catchphrase is "build the wall" not "balance the budget".

This is my biggest fear. If the Democrats get control of Congress, which is already statistically likely based on past midterm elections, this will happen. Endless impeachments and bills to roll back every EO. If they get a veto-proof majority, everything Trump ever did will be erased. They'll reopen every closed agency and rehire every Fed with raises and backpay. They'll codify the agenda they wanted with President Kamala.

I have always had mixed feelings on Musk after empty promises and his retarded killing of high speed rail for his hyperloop vaporware. SpaceX has done some pretty cool shit though. That H1B shit also didn't help him for me.

I would be completely shocked though if there was ANY substantiative evidence linking Trump to Epstein that we hadn't seen. Biden's FBI would have dropped that shit the second they found it and it would be running 24/7 on every news network and Netflix would have a special on it.

Elon didn’t do that; California did that all on their own.
Elon had a substantial hand in it. He sold a bunch of bullshit to the retards in California and funding ear marked for the project went to his retarded hyperloop which offers very few tangible benefits for a technology that has tons of issues and was such a fuckup and failure he abandoned it completely.

Compared to high speed rail a completely proven technology that works so well the Chinese rarely have crashes with their hilarious safety standards.

The reason you get omnibus bills is that congressmen and Senators in safe seats do not give a flying fuck what the voters want. None. They care about what they, personally, and their donors want, and they will vote to scuttle the most popular, beneficial bill in the world if it means their skids aren't getting greased. So if there were a bill to just fund immigration enforcement, you'd see a good chunk of Republicans from the reddest parts of the country vote to kill it. Primary challenges are not easy, and voters don't really care about any particular piece of legislation anyway.

This is aside from the issue we have with various factions of the GOP despising their own voters and actively working against them. For example, the VA-GOP shuts down local party branches if they become too conservative.

Do you seriously think all this was going to happen with margins that small in the House? Republicans in swing districts aren't voting for it, Democrats obviously aren't going to vote for it, what the fuck do you expect? At some point you've got to realize that's how politics works. You don't get everything, but the doomposters on X and you go full retard and forget the most basic information on why bills aren't getting passed.

>But muh first Trump term

Trump had more wiggle room in the House to pass more bills. Do you think that Healthcare replacement would've gotten as far with this administration? Fuck no, it would've died in the House.

The motivation of the midterms is to say, "Hey, we got some stuff done, if you want more stuff done I need more people that'll support my agenda." But no, instead it's all doomposting about GOP losing the House and Senate because they didn't get what they wanted in 5 months. At some point, critical thinking must set in for you, unless you're a troll like Fatpacks or John Badman.

China has had plenty of deadly rail crashes, they just are able to cover most of them up.

They have over a trillion dollars in debt from the system, with most lines not making enough money to pay operating costs, let alone their debt. Outside of the Lunar New Year, they are empty.

A lot of lines are also slow due to poor quality construction limiting max speed.

Their passenger rail system also came at the expense of freight rail and China uses armies of trucks to move bulk goods like coal, which is incredibly dumb.

The only reason why they even have a HSR system is because the PLAAF reserved nearly all of their airspace for military use, which means that they have far too few airports for their population.

No he didn’t. The only source for that is a book quoting “anonymous sources” and California has spent orders of magnitude more money on their traditional rail system than Musk ever got to research the hyperloop.

At the end of the day, passenger rail is just not a good use of any given rail line compared to freight. Airplanes are better and cheaper for transporting people.

I don't know if you are disingenuous or just not intelligent enough to understand my hyperbole about even China getting it right as far as high speed rail being a proven technology. If you want to try to tell me how I was wrong on that nothing you posted was even relevant.

If you want to try to explain how high speed rail isn't a proven technology then feel free to do that.

As for the hyperloop thing there is a New York Times best seller where Elon's biographer (not anonymous at all) quoted Elon as trying to sabotage high speed rail.

You're misinformed or spreading misinformation.
