It looks fairly similar, in this case the American cops had it running in local mode at +0000, which is also wrong. It's YYYY-MM-DD which is different from the YYY-MM-DD he showed on stream. That is a bit weird. YYY isn't standard, so that' s a mark against it.

I'm leaning towards fake, the footage he showed was a video of a shaky cellphone of a censored bodycam, there was no reason to film the cellphone besides to intentionally hide evidence of manipulation.
