He started referring to it as "the photos the police took" after showing the meta-data one so he can janus word his way around it. At the end when he said all the photos were from the day of the arrest, he could not look at the camera.
I think that's the play here. Nick is already pissed about it and weasel-worded about the fines that come from leaking footage. Nice way to confirm they're pretty close to the truth.
