Too right. Mind you, Australia doesn’t give free health care and reduced cost medications out to new arrivals either (unless a genuine refugee). Fatties fleeing here with their comorbidities, even if they are allowed entry, will be paying through their noses for local healthcare. You need at minimum permanent residency (or NZ citizenship) to qualify for Medicare, and they don’t hand that out unless the country really wants you in it.
