I think one of the biggest peaking materials is that statistic that most MtFs choose to keep their dicks. The second peakening after that is seeing how almost ALL of them agree their ideal would be to have both a penis and a vagina (sometimes simultaneously, some days one or the other interchangeably). There was a reddit thread where someone posted about getting experimental "penile-preserving vaginoplasty" and all the comments, from guys who had chosen to keep their penis to guys who had chosen to get vaginoplasty, all agreed that they would have rather chosen a penile-preserving vaginoplasty if only they had known that was a possibility. They don't want to be women, they want to be coom monsters with access to women's spaces and the societal trust and care afforded to women.
I've noticed that most MtFs get more upset being referred to as a man than they do being referred to as "not a woman", if that makes sense. Being "not a man" is ultimately more important to them than being a woman. A lot of them are totally comfortable being seen as genderfluid, they/she/it, femboy, genderconfusion, dickgirl whatevers, but call them a man and you send them spiraling. Sure, making people call them a woman gives them euphoria (boners), but most seem to be content to get through life being seen as not a man. Calling them a man is what explicitly enrages them. Being clocked (as a man) is what makes them despair. Being called "sir" makes them freak out. I think a lot of them rightfully feel deep shame about being a failmale and want to run away from the responsibilities of being a man.
