Interested to learn that the council meeting was accessible via remote technology. So it wasn't necessary for Greer to show up in person simply to ask whether the council had any interest in rezoning a piece of land that he didn't own or have any financial interest in -- despite the actual owner knowing nothing about it.

Audio is always a gift because minutes and transcripts don't do these things justice. The audio after Russ showed up late and the Fatrick v BDA audio apply a humanity that text can't provide.

In this case the note of the property owner for the motel being concerned he wasn't given original notice by Greer is described, but the audio would capture the likely bewilderment and meandering in his question/concern because of the sheer confusion over how retarded someone would be to attempt this in the first place.

When I go to city council meetings I like to remind everyone that brothels will bring in more tourism. Yeah, I’m sure everyone is going to be thrilled about the type of tourism that brings. That’s definitely going to get passed.
