Unfortunately, he's already got lines of credit out during that time, including putting many, many items (estimates of up to 12k) on Affirm monthly payments credit through amazon purchases. Just yesterday he insta-bought a 140 dollar xbox controller and then a 1-2 hundred dollar printer very likely that way, as the second half of the month is a lot drier than the first half for money with him. Ontop of that he's been saying for a few years the first thing he wants to do is withdraw from his home's equity, which is of course exactly the kind of retarded choice he would make.
Seems like as much luck as Phil has, he's only bound to be able to use it to make content for others.
