Uh, way to fat shame your bro POTUS

Trump: "A friend of mine who is a businessman. Very very very top guy. Most of you would've heard of him. Highly neurotic. Brilliant businessman. Seriously overweight. And he takes the fat shot drug."

Is he talking about Elon???

I wonder how many car accidents were caused by the input lag from gas pedal push to acceleration this 'feature' introduced to modern vehicles.

I'd also love to see, if it were possible by someone with wizard-tier math skills, an analysis of how many cumulative man-hours of time were lost due to the 1-2 second startup at redlights/stop signs this crap wasted. Just so much productivity nickel and dimed out of the populace.

I love this. Every time the car stops, it might not start again. How many starters will die because you are using them 6x the normal amount? I was driving my in-law's Subaru and it proudly bragged that in the time they have had the car, it had saved 1.6 gallons of fuel from being idled away. This was over a year's worth of driving, all for 1.6 gallons.

Iirc, the additional starter cycles for the average American driver is like 100x annually. Not +100%, + 100 times.

Yeah, that's what they never tell you about all this green shit: it saves you basically nothing while you pay out the ass for all these new bells and whistles that actually create more pollution in their production. You would have to use these cars for 20 years before you start making back the extra money you invested for these hunks of shit.

Related to this, turning off the engine also kills power steering. On the start/stop I drove recently, it was fucking annoying. First, the brakes lock the wheel, parking break style, every time you stop. That way, you can take your foot off the brake pedal and the brake pressure doesn't rely on the engine running anymore. But if you keep your foot on the brake, the engine starts when you take your foot back off.

If you try to turn the wheel with it off, it detects that and turns the engine back on so you have power steering again. So I can forsee a lot of ways someone would want their vehicle to respond in an emergency situation and it just...won't

Gah wtf happened over the weekend?!

I wish I could pepper spray the DJIA like the rowdy nigger it is, then kneel on its neck while I wait for the overdose to kick in

Deal with China.
Everyone I was reading/listening to thought China would be really tough to deal with but apparently not rally could be on that alone or it could be speculation that other countries will fall in line now. Their guy also admitted that they just ignored their side of previous agreements once Biden got into office.

It was mostly a gamble on Trumps part but China couldn't sit there and take it. Im glad the deal happened sooner then later though. I think the U.S. is in for some good times as long as Trump is in.

Yeah that shits all fake. Malicious compliance if any; continuing crushing

Maybe trump wants vengeance and we’re just getting them addicted to hopium. Doubtful. But if anyone’s paying attention to the actual details, China will still be sending some horrific drug chemicals over here. Fentanyl is just one of them, they were also behind all the bath salts and fake weed “spice” shit. I wouldn’t be surprised in the fucking least if it was some Chinese assholes behind galaxy gas
