Most people are against prostitution, and they empathize with women being mothers, daughters, sisters. It's all about saying that women are more than just sex objects.
There's also the direct example that a lot of porn "producers" will hire a hooker to make their video, and the inverse which is that a lot of "porn stars" are escorts and it's a form of advertising.
