He flew across X states to be a feature at an event that dedicated X hours to Aaron, including X time of Nick talking specifically about Aaron, providing the crowd X photos of Aaron not taken from public places, etc. And that entire evening and PowerPoint was broadcast free online, with notices published in x, y, and z place. He also has been in apparent possession for a full year of personal letters from Aaron to his former wife and her wedding/engagement ring, which he saved to weaponize, and he made a specific point to provide photos of these for this organized conference. He made a point to buddy up to Aaron's biggest alog. He has also iirc appeared in Aaron's chat, so another example of him popping up in and all over Aaron's life.

Aaron would need to think about whether/ how to deal with the latest allegations. Those certainly are damning assertions, but he'd have to decide whether he (his lawyer) thinks they qualify as defamatory, which requires a couple of elements. The death references are creepy and unnerving but at this point not egregious. Ex-lovers say "I hate my ex and I wish he were dead" all the time, and so do feuding internet people. But if Aaron isn't feuding while Nick relentlessly attacks from every angle he thinks he can on and on and on, he'd have a better case for harassment.
