His hair looks exactly like I would expect from a cheap chain 10 dollar hair cut place if he walked in, googled "cool hair cut for gamers" and showed it to the tired middle aged woman who just wants to get him out of her chair asap.
That being said I got a lot of hair styles similar to Dave's new one by googling "cool haircut for gamer men not bald"

Phil may be addicted to mobile games, alcohol, begging and being an asshole. But at least he's not role-playing in another 43 year old man's youtube chat room and giving an asshole/narcissist/addict money everyday.
There are a few others that think role-playing in dsp chat rooms is somehow less insane than the guy they're ROLPEPLAYING WITH (For hours a day, 6 days a week...for months). They get off hearing their own names though, so better to ignore them.

Damn, look at the dye job on his beard. It's so fucking bad. It's like he fucking used all the dye on his hair then only had a tiny dot to use in his beard, which he smeared on.

It's amazing to me. Whenever he talks a sad clump of whiskers separates from the top of the "beard".

I don't think his 'beard' is dyed, it's half gray and half black and super patchy but its all its normal colour. Unless he's dyeing his moustache as well. It looks so bad just shave it Phil for fucks sake
