So I pop on a Beefy video to listen to while I do shit.
10 minutes in and I got 3 more diseases for the list. Every god damn video andy is saying he has a new disease. He's worse than Spoony when he claimed to have staff infections in his nipples and spotty rocky mountain fever.
Andy's new diseases:
23Q13 Deletion Syndrome (A genetic disability that causes autism)
Hashimoto disease (thyroid disease, makes you fat.)
Hyperthyroid (supposedly only on his childhood records)

If his IQ is actually 87, that is considered Low Normal, thus no excuse. Even 80 would place him in very mild intellectual disability. Either way, people in that IQ range can have jobs that aren't too complex, they can usually live on their own (with someone to check in on them once in awhile). None of that would prevent 95% normal functioning.
If that's true, it can be proven 100% with a simple DNA test (which he would never do).
Easily provable with a simple blood test (which he will never do).

This conversation always makes me think of the oil diffusor incident, where Andy seriously tried to hardball Officer Bentley over the fact that the oil diffusor was his private property and nobody could make him turn it off without a court order. That night ended in Andy getting arrested and being legitimately surprised that it happened; he legitimately didn't understand that his parents had rights to the air of their own home until the cuffs were going on. And I think that is a reliable sign of mid-80s IQ for Andy; he is dedicated, he thinks about his manbaby lawfare bullshit obsessively, but underneath all that extraordinary motivation to look up statutes and harass organizations, he's still very dull.

You gotta remember before the accident Andy was successfully competing with Joe. Joe is really good with computers, so Andy was trying to get attention by showing HE was really good with computers and started his own business. We have videos of him acting perfectly normal and intelligently. He was even rated by the local business bureau as being very good at what he did.
But once andy found he could shit in diapers on someone else's dime that went out the window. He found the path of least resistance and threw himself in it.

This guy is really fucking weird and annoying. I understand that Tom could have made different decisions, but in the end Andy is the only one to blame for what Andy does. Enablers share the burden of responsibility with the one they are enabling. Without their enablement, the person who is a piece of shit would likely have a much harder time being a piece of shit. As such, enablers deserve their fair share of the responsibility for the situation.

To a point, but I'm not sure what an old dead lady's uterus has to do with anything.
And as some people pointed out to me, Tom tried to have him removed from the home but the courts essentially forced him back. I agree that Tom could have stopped doing anything for him, I would have, but that would have never gone over well with Andy. I feel his parents were almost in a hostage sort of situation. Not to mention, they felt obligated to take care of him, because a) he kept getting sent back to them and b) as gross and stinky as he is, he's still their son.

I agree, but Tom wasn't exactly telling andy 'oh its perfectly okay to shit in a diaper every day at the age of 30.' tom hated baby andy, and told it to andy's face. It was janet who did most of the enabling, and the one who dropped the charges for the oil diffuser. So much of tom's reluctant acceptance of andy's behavior might have just gone out the window when she died.
Tom's got no reason to keep enabling him. if he still does it now: then totally on him. joe too.

legit, that's part of the thing that's so baffling about andy.
Nova makes those lame cords, chris chan sells medallions, even cyraxx has tried to make music. it sucks, but he at least seems to have ambition. For all their many faults, lolcows tend to have some ambition or drive. it might be laughable or pathetic but they at least have dreams.
Andy has none of that. No goals. no dreams. no effort. just diapers.
