Fascism is a tool of control wielded by every dictator using the state in history. Mao, Stalin, Pol Pot, all fit the definition of fascism, which is a convoluted definition because every retard fights over it, but put simply : everything within the state.

Fascism historically would really be a rightist movement which usually comes to be in response to Communism. However, it's going to vary from country to country and head of state to head of state. Hitler isn't Mussolini, he's not Franco, and he's not Pinochet or Salazar. For example, Mussolini was syndicalist, though not socialist. Pinochet was explicitly capitalist.
