Another Curious element of Ifunny culture is that of the "Belzona Banger."
Belzona is an industrial (industrial used to mean factory or warehouse setting) repair company specializing in building maintenance products. Quite a while back This Video of their water supply pipe repair process reached featured. The top comment was "Another Belzona banger" and a meme was born. Sometimes, when browsing collective, you can on occasion run across another Belzona related video, and that story is why those videos get posted.

I believe that he's the actual guy behind the Ordinary Sausage YouTube channel. Under the MrPotatoSausage account on iFunny he posted an Ordinary Sausage video before it was released on YouTube. Only happened once as far as I can remember. I wish I could remember what video it was, but I remember being shocked.

When I got my new phone a couple of months ago and the app updated to iFunny 10 I found the experience quite unenjoyable. 5 memes 2-3 ads and sometimes the ads would automatically play sound or pop up a window.
At some point i felt like i was consuming more ads than posts and lockdown wasnt helping anymore because even in iFunny 8 the ad domain block list was super long and constantly being added to.
Also there’s the matter of reinforcing the awful behavior of the owners by keeping their app alive after they openly state that they dont want you and ban you for 10 years for good measure.
Kiwifarms isnt the same as gold era ifunny but neither is current ifunny.

I think you can still download an older SDK for Android Phones, but if you have an iPhone, the situation is bleak.

Do you have blockada 5? You can still get the .APK file from their website and it blocks all the ads. If you get version 6 it doesn't work.

I looked at the guy's account before being banned and I don't believe he's the YouTuber. He posted a lot of loli anime girls and other random things I can't recall before rebranding as a YouTuber impersinator account. Like the one account who prefers to be some liberal Jewish twitter guy Bret Kranstine or something similar.

iOS unfortunately
That being said i did find the ifunny 6 ipa file on the internet archive a long time ago when i was forced into ifunny8 due to a captcha issue and i was even able to sideload it like people would with Delta but the issue is that it’s signed to an outdated version of iOS.
This may have changed since then due to apple being more lenient with sideloads or maybe it will change in the future, but honestly im kind of enjoying all the things im getting done now that I only have 2.5 hrs screen time daily.
