Pilates Girlbosses - what y'all be doing

The absolute best physiques I've seen on women lately have been from Reformer Pilates. It's so noticeable that a group of girls in a restaurant stood out to me as obvious Pilates classmates, and on inquiring, I was right.
Keep it up, ladies.
Pfff yeah right we need some evidence

Do u guys have any favorite at home exercises? I've been doing yoga for years but the gainz are not hitting. I dont want to be a flatty in the summer again and can't afford in person classes rn, but i've got some weights and bands at home

My new favourite thing is watching men struggle with things I can do easily in reformer.

Suffah moids.
Why tho. Does any of this translate to real life use? For all what it's worth, Crossfit competitions may be retarded but they're all about being the best at whatever they need to do. It's an all-round type of bodybuilding where this shit is what, advanced stretching? Does it increase your cardio and stamina or does it just make you more flexible?

Doing something just for the sake of one-upping others is peak womanhood I suppose.

If CrossFit makes Orthopedic surgeons richer, then Pilates does the opposite.
It's a combo of stretching, alignment and lil bit of physical therapy in one (the TRUE AND HONEST Pilates tho, haven't try Lagree or Solidcore).
Also what's up with the Dancers to Pilates instructors pipeline?

Try Akshaya Agnes on youtube. She has yoga and pilates lessons. I don't know about pilates but the yoga is amazing. Has done wonders for me.

Crossfit is shit and has always been shit.
You can YouTube what they define as a pull up and it's pathetic.
Crossfitters are incredibly injury prone because of how fucking stupid their programs are.
Body builders are also weaker than the average dude. There's tonnes of videos showing normie tradesmen being stronger than body builders. They build a "look" which doesn't necessarily corrolate to functional strength.
Body building ≠ power lifting.
Pilates is mainly about core strength, stability, and flexibility.

Peak manhood is coming in here to wave your tiny dick around and talking about exercise when you clearly know fuck all about it, fatty.
These look like cable exercises you can do in any commercial gym?
I get one might prefer the atmosphere and regime of pilates (it does look low resistance and high number of repetitions), but not sold on this being special or particularly hard
And yet the men are struggling?
If it's so easy like cable exercises, why are most men unable to do it?

This man, who is fit, struggles with basic pilates stuff:

And the reason why this man is doing pilates is because he has realised, that despite how strong he looks, he isn't flexible at all and his functional fitness is not so great.

Meanwhile:

I don't understand the lunacy of people who think X is the only real way to exercise.
If you're not doing a combination of cardio and strength (which includes things like pilates because it takes a LOT of core strength to do these workouts) then you're setting yourself up for failure.
