Illegals came up at the Sunday dinner last night. A family member expressed some discontent at Illegals getting deported. She apparently worked with one that's been in the country for 20 odd years. She got really upset when I told her they all have to go back. She really wanted me to feel compassion. It's like... you had 20 years I guess to sort your status out, you didn't, now get the boot.
Yeah, they had 2 decades to get into a green card marriage.

Well, except for the border of their mansion to the general public. They'll suddenly be pro borders when people start protesting around their gated neighborhood.
Remember a few years back, when Texas sent a bus load of illegal migrants to Martha's Vineyard? The anti-border wall limousine liberals had them removed in less than a week!

I really, really hope this is some malicious compliance by the Trump Admin to slow down the H1-B Indian Horde.

>we increased our efficiency
>by hiring 1000s of people and raising our prices

Is this nigger retarded?

Given all the other layoffs have amounted to nothing I'm guessing this will go the same way.
If they manage to automate and streamline some of the process that would be great too. I've had family members wait 4+ years for a green card for their spouse which is absurd.

Dude how would we even execute due process for these illegals? There's at least 20 million of them, frankly its probably about 40-50 million. They would all need public defenders. Seriously, do the math on this.

-Public defenders take on 10 cases a year per average and make 100k a year on average, so that's about $10k per client per year.
- Judges close an average of 250 cases a year

So that's 400 billion dollars for attorney fees, 5 million public defenders, and 200,000 judges needed to get those illegals their heckin' due process (in a year's time). There are about 32k judges and a little less than 40k public defenders in the USA at the state and federal level. It's not even humanly possible.
The left knows it's not humanly possible -- at least those who are thinking beyond just "da poor widdle bwown ppple uwu." They don't want it to happen, so an impossible condition is just fucking dandy to them.

They are illegal, they do not get a due process hearing for evicting them. The idea that they do is absurd. The only exception I could see is permanent residents or the like, and even then, those are all at our pleasure, and can be revoked at any time.

Fundamentally, we have to have the right to determine who is allowed into our country. Citizens are the only ones with an inalienable right to be here. Everyone else is either by definition not allowed to be here (illegals) or here by our good graces (which can be revoked). The only people who disagree with this are the open borders fuckwits who think we're an economic zone that owes free shit to the rest of the world.

We should have nipped this stupidity in the bud decades ago before it could fester. Now we have to smack it down hard and keep smacking it down until it dies.

Fatpacks is just our oracle and everything he says, the opposite ends up happening.
Fatpacks is Cramer but for politics. Always has been.

I just can't be fucked at this point. If you don't have a green card by now, you were not one of the smart fence hoppers. You did not grind hard enough. Go back home.

The Supreme Court has actually ruled that corporations have Constitutional rights. Scalia's biggest mistake.

Nobody grants rights in the US, SCOTUS applied the normal rules. In point of fact, the group Citizens United had actually attempted to enforce the law on Democrats, lost, then did the exact same thing the Democrats did. As they were Republicans, the government attempted to enforce the same law they just got done saying didn't apply.

One of the law kiwis can correct me on this but due process doesn't always mean a multi-week jury trial. I had a business law professor that hammered it into my head that "DUE PROCESS IS THE PROCESS DUE," and sometimes the process due is someone rubber stamping some papers.

On one hand, these people scream that being an illegal immigrant isn't a crime and the government should deal with it in civil court. On the other hand, they demand every deportee be given a full criminal trial at the taxpayer's expense. "They" aren't serious people.

“Grinding hard enough” would mean we never found out about it. As long as they live, it doesn’t even matter, they stole the spot they’re in. I’m more worried about the person going through the full ass legal process and showing respect to the country they want to live in.

Imagine if you had a daughter, and she was dating a guy who wouldn’t come in, wouldn’t introduce himself.. she swears up and down everything about him is great. You’re probably RIGHTLY going to think she doesn’t know what she’s talking about, and should date someone who can look you in the eye and shake your hand

The process due is getting shoved into a van and onto a plane to your home country. The cost of jet fuel alone is a burden on the tax payer.

It was the Citizens United case that allowed unlimited anonymous political contributions.
That's just a lie.

Just read, or listen to the case.

It means 'the process you are due' according to SCOTUS, and depends on the exact statutory, and constitutional circumstances.
Obama deciding to put people on a kill list, was ruled to be all the process they were entitled to.

Citizens United has been a disastrous ruling. That's how USAID money and billions more sent to non-profits have been secretly funneled to political campaigns and causes - legally. Every dollar donated to a politician should have a name attached to it. You can donate as much as you want but it should be public knowledge.

I mean I'm not really making a argument for or against. I'm just saying if they didn’t snag a green card when they were on a fire sale, they were sub 30IQ gorilla niggers. They all should go back, but sorting through green card holders is another mess entirely.

It literally, explicitly, says the exact opposite of what you're blaming it for.

As a fan of the show 90 day fiancé, I have a bit of respect for the gorgeous, very obviously homosexual Middle Eastern men who love scam frumpy middle-aged American librarians for green cards in order to escape being tossed off a roof. & unlike the Ivy League pro-Hamas protestors the Trump administration has been trying to deport, these Muslim men actually appreciate America & don't want the United States to become a Sharia-law goatfukistan/openly talk shit about their backwards home countries. (Seriously though, like 90% of couples featured on that show are circuit queen flaming Muslim men pretending to be in love with ugly fat American women who are too retarded to realize said man is gay. It's fucking hilarious).

Yeah I get you. I’m saying that my judgment on it is crossing into the country illegally is a big deal, and even if nothing more than international turnstile jumping, it’s a horrible mark on a person’s character and tends to indicate shitty civic mindedness

It seems like a judge confirming you're an illegal immigrant and a member of a group that's been designated a foreign terror group would be a circumstance that leans in Trump's favor.
Under current US Federal law, immigration judges are members of the Executive Branch, and can be fired at will by the President.
Reviews are like 5 minutes.
