It gets better, according to Best Buy's webzone their metro Seattle stores are sold out of the Wii U version & can't guarantee new stock until this coming Thursday. Nothing like Day 6 views & YT vids he may not be allowed to monetize, right??

Didn't know SoK was behind every DSP montages on YT, illuminati confirmed or perhaps Phil is right, there is just one guy with 1000+ twitter and YT accounts behind everything?
He is doing a awesome job at those live streams they d0 2-3 times a month, doing multiple voices talking over each other.

Phil's Switch issue is probably the sleep-state freeze that some people have been having where it freezes when you try to wake it, the solution is to leave shit undocked and to let the power drain, which apparently doesn't take long, I'm assuming it doesn't actually remain in the proper sleep state because that would take for-fucking-ever to wait for, and iirc the report about it said it took less than a day(maybe overnight?).
The switch is in a bit of a state, it seems to have a bunch of software issues, a ton of missing-but-coming-soon features, and if you try to use skins on your console you'll end up with a horribly pitted mess.

Apparently if BMW can sell your vehicle for more than your currently remaining payments they just let you off with no fees for early termination. Otherwise they charge you the difference plus wear and repairs.
Phil was potentially suckered into a new lease by way of not reading his contract or being unable to weigh instant gratification (not having to pay some fees) against long term savings.
Then again who am I kidding. This is the guy who thinks having a used, base model car just good for getting to work and back is an potential unfortunate necessity that is beneath him.

Looks like he got away with it too, he exchanged it for the Wii U version. At least they charged him $17 on top of the traded-in Switch version.

Phil didnt bother checking the lease because he didn't want to give the car up, same way he barely tried to fix his switch. Any fucking idiot can tell you new hardware is tempermental especially at launch. Waiting for the battery to drain is trouble shooting 101, but then he wouldn't be the victim.
