He's in the company of about 3 other devs that all promise games but deliver demo slop at best that is unfinished.
Kern is apparently releasing a demo slop soon too. So we'll see how that goes.
I think Chris Roberts or Pirate Software are bigger offenders because one dude stole hundreds of millions and after a decade + still hasn't released the game while conning people out of more money with ship Jpegs.
