Under American law, an accessory is just as guilty as the principal actor in a crime, since you claim to know Donny, are aware of and confess partaking in criminal actions, confess you have committed them on his behalf, and he has sanctioned such actions and has not attempted to make them cease, you are just as guilty even if you weren't Donny Long, so it ultimately makes no difference who you are, you are committing crimes at his behest, you're just as guilty whether you are Donny Long or not and he would be just guilty even if you really are an accessory who just happens to walk, talk, and act like him.

Of course giving the authorities the names of likely accomplices could not hurt. Vordrak has said he's in contact with the person behind the sites, so the authorities should definitely talk to him.
 
A little updated information you may want to add to the OP @Darwin Watterson.

If you have new information regarding the same crime, you can make followup reports to the IC3 with any new information that is available, and according to the advice I got from the FBI, the more reports they get the better especially if more than person is being targeted, and even if you aren't a direct target, reporting about the crime in question if you are a witness to it does not hurt at all and is strongly encouraged.

I noticed something about this video:

He claims that it's proof that he's not HIV+, however if you look closely, you notice two things.

At the start of the video he shows the "proof" from the talent company, however it's saying that he's NOT CLEARED aka that he is not cleared to be allowed to perform in a shoot as a talent, this does not disprove HIV+ status and in fact can be seen as circumstantial evidence for it.

He then near the 2nd half shows another test which is negative, one small problem; the test was done in 2009, the test which shows that he does have HIV was done in 2010. This does not disprove therefore that he could have obtained HIV post-2009, which the evidence in 2010 showing that he does have it falls into.

Of course the video is done sideways and shaky as fuck, whether deliberate or the fact that Mr. Seoane is too unstable to film his screen correctly is debatable.
 
If you watch some of his older videos, he doesn't have that weird-ass accent. Could he have picked it up in Thailand (along with his STDs)?

And, even IF the 2010 test is fake (which it's not) - he's been fucking thai ladyboys bareback for the past how many years? Based on that alone, his status is in question.

But it's plain that he's either got something (because he's not cleared to work) or all of his tests are out of date (so he's not cleared to work.)

Let's combine these instead; if we can cross reference names he uses to register sites with existing porn stars there's no doubt that if any are part of or own larger studios they'll be jumping on the bandwagon to shut him down and use their money in the process.
