Trump lost his appeal in DC for the Judge Boasberg case vs Gangersters

Judge Boasberg issued a order that all deported people must be returned and each and everyone be given a separate chance to appeal their deportation as Trump doesn't have the power to just do mass deportations.

Of course the DC court of appeals found no grounds and that Boasberg is 100% in the right here (shock and surprise!!) so off it goes to the SCOTUS for a final ruling.,

Will Roberts and ACB cuck? Probably. I bet they will find and excuse to rule in the gangsters favor on some obscure legal grounds. Roberts would see America filled to the brim with criminals and drug dealers then have the power of the judiciary diminished in any way.

Imagine ruling that you have to re-import illegal aliens back into your country then give then room and board until you have processed them "properly" and gotten the courts permission to deport them again.

New U.S. Department of Homeland Security report finds that tens of housands of unaccompanied minors have gone completely unaccounted for during the Biden admin.

A part of the report beginning at page 13 explains the factors why ICE cannot properly perform its role. Failings on federal agencies, staff constraints and legislation is brought up.

To get an idea of how bad the issue is, at one site visit it was discovered that Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) had 10 deportation officers managing 300,000 non-detained cases of February 2024. It was noted in a previous audit report that ICE officers had on average only 3 minutes to spend on each case per year.

Between 2019-2023, over 31,000 unaccompanied minors were released to addresses that were blank, undeliverable, or missing apartment numbers.

Additionally, more than 43,000 of them failed to appear for scheduled court dates.
