We're just starting to feel the effects of inflation due to the state printing trillions of dollars from the scamdemic. Yes, "nothing ever happens" now, but when we go to war with Iran in the next year or so, who do you think is going to foot the bill? The system always needs a crisis. Without debt, it doesn't exist.

The vast majority of that cost came from a prolonged occupation in an attempt to rebuild Iraq and Afghanistan. Hopefully there won't be a rebuild this time.

When you say all its revenue goes to the US, I assume you're talking about the DFI account (now closed) and its replacement, the IRAQ2 account, at the New York Federal Reserve Bank. Iraq has had control of those funds since June 2004, not the United States. Iraq agreed to the arrangement because it was convenient and financially beneficial for them to do so. Iraq has never bitched about the arrangement because we have never denied them their money in either the DFI or IRAQ2 accounts. Anyway, not all Iraqi oil revenue is stored at the NY FRB. A large portion is kept in an account at the Central Bank of Iraq. 100% of the Central Bank's stock shares are held by the government of Iraq and are non-transferable
