Just my phone and normal stuff, and then go stay at a 5 star hotel that is isolated from the reality of India and never leave the premises for the duration of my stay. Maybe I'll do some yoga and wellness classes, get a massage and order some nice indian food for room service.

You should've made it a bit harder.

nice indian food for room service.
Lol, as if.

The answer is a bunch of these life straw water filters. They're rated for 1000 gallons, but I think Indian water might do em in a bit quicker.

Soap, bottled water, and cigarettes. Unless I'm being sex-trafficked there, in which case replace the soap with baby oil.

Two of the most powerful atomic bombs ever made and a remote trigger. I will bury them in the mounds of trash and shit and set them off at a safe distance. I would unironically rather live in a nuclear wasteland than modern India.

The lifestraws are a meme from what I remember. Annoying to use and not going to cleanse Indian sewage water effectively.

I think your best bet is to find water condensing from a leaky A/C unit and just let it drip into your mouth.
I thought they worked but they're really just intended for a last ditch emergency, like being in India would be. Though I do remember reading about some people who decided to randomly move to the middle of the woods and got dysentery because they tried to used life straws as their main water source, but the freezing temperatures destroyed the filters in them.

A couple thousand in us currency. It's not Venezuela but I'm sure the us dollar goes a long way there and could get me to a place with an actual toilet.
My first butchery set. I'm not eating Indian food and since It would a pain to haul a bunch of unparishables so I'll just take advantage of the plentiful cow population.
An ak 47. In case someone catches me eating a steak and tries to attack me saying it's there 42nd cousin rhadish who got hit by a train.

A shit ton of money, water, and rope in case it gets extremely bad.

One of these, if Ruskies still make them.

Would obviously need some modifications. A couple of water cannons (loaded with industrial strength toilet cleaner) for armament. And an NBC (well mostly B) proofed cockpit. That first and foremost.
