There was another incident either a few days after or a few days before where a black guy was gunned down in the CHOP. He was laying their bleeding out, retards were taking selfies with his body and since the retards wouldn't let the cops in to secure the scene the paramedics couldn't go in. So the poor bastard ended up bleeding out when the hospital was 4 blocks away.
