Hopefully the DGGsnarkers signal boost it, as Hasan and his orbiters lurk over there and seem completely unaware of what gets posted in here.
On the topic of DGGsnark, I have some concerns. As you said, Hasan does get some perspective from the subreddit.
One of the more active members of DGGsnark is
Street_Fisherman who uses the same pfp as
yeet/awk20000.
Some background on
Yeet/Awk20000 : They view themselves as a streamer watchdog that has historically targeted Hasan and his orbit . He's generally not gone after Destiny with as much energy or editorial flair. He also gets defensive when the desparity is pointed out. In fact when Destiny chatted with Nick Mullen it came off like Yeet was functioning more like a publicist for Destiny (
Link).
They are also part of the
Daliban community on twitter
But when I look at the
archives, I noticed he also had his display name as
yeet and he's only recently changed it. The account is only a few weeks old, and could very well just be someone pretending to be him. But even if that's the case, we can assume efforts to obfuscate the truth, or redirect peoples attention to the wrong details are being carried out by his permanantly online community. I suggest everyone, approach any narrative or source being shared, particularly in places like DGGsnark and the like, with skepticism, and with the knowledge that
Destiny and his proxies/allies will always defaut to gayops and all manner of deception to avoid facing consequences.
That communty has edited countless screenshots, spliced audio of Bob7, fed doctored photos to their allies like Ethan Klein in previous online beefs they've had. They know that the truth, especially in this situation, just makes Destiny look worse and unsympathetic, so they can only rely on lies to protect him.
Destiny
functions a lot like sovereign citizens do, engaging in magical thinking, searching for the right combination of legal jargon that magically protects them from the government, but in his case
he believes the right combination of gayops and deflection will allow him to avoid consequences, regain all the respect and credibility he's lost, and also that his opponents will just be forced off the internet. Honestly it's worked shockingly well before such as with Bob7, that I can't really blame him for thinking he's some brilliant grandmaster.
