I will say this:

The Chaeiry audio is 100% real.
It's pretty telling that Destiny at the start pretty much ignored the Stasia/Melina/Chaeiry allegations, only focusing on Pxie's, and his Footsies also constantly seemed to imply that "there's no proof that there's even a Chaeiry audio, what if jstlk and Chaeiry are lying".

I've been thinking a lot of what to do, or say. I 100% know I won't ever post it, as it only affects Chaeiry negatively, and I don't want to spread revenge porn of Chaeiry that's just fucked up. But I also think that silence/no proof only benefits Destiny. So I came to the conclusion that I can give my word about it tho.

The audio is 100% real, I've heard it, I have it, and there's more than one. Probably, Chaeiry only knows about one of the audios, but there's multiple that he recorded, in all of them you can hear the phone rubbing against his pants inside of his pocket. He also recorded secret audios of other women (which I won't mention).

The audios are VERY clearly without consent, even more blatant than the Grindr guy, and Chaeiry has also explicitly stated that she didn't even know they existed, so not only does it sounds to be without consent as the Grindr one, but the person herself (Chaeiry) is stating that it was without her consent.

Also, keep in mind, that Chaeiry was simping for Destiny back in November/December, that's the reason why I said back then that I wanted to dox her, so she has/had no reason whatsoever to state that she didn't know about those audios, UNLESS they were in fact secretly recorded and without her consent.

Also, the person that gave them to me told me that Destiny explicitly told her that he was going to secretly record Chaeiry, and that although Destiny wiped all his DMs she still had screenshots, that claim made me doubt that she was real, and I suspected it was just a gayop, but when I received the audios the only explanation I could come up with are:

-She's saying the truth, as how else would she have gotten the audios.
-Or it's Destiny or a footsie who's close to him sending me the audios trying to get them to leak to hurt Chaeiry.

The girl didn't want to give me the screenshot because she didn't want Destiny to go after her, or to get involved in the case at all, she also implied that Chaeiry is mentally unstable so she didn't trust her or Pxie, so fuck that person since whether she knows it or not she's covering for Tiny.

This is why I've been so baffled to how confident Destiny is, genuinely, there's so much evidence of him being a degenerate creep, and him/Dan/Kyla are very clearly acting like disgusting rats, hoping that they will be able to sweep all of it, but I genuinely can't see how his legal team(s) could ever save his ass. Sadly thats how Destiny operates. He hasnt been afraid to make secret recordings of sexual acts with people because he knew that the likelyhood of them being leaked is pretty low, as any sane person wouldnt want to leak them, as to not harm the victims. Hadnt it been for the "hack", his plan would have fully worked. Also, these circumstances make it really easy for Destiny to play the victim, since if they are leaked, he can claim that he himself is the victim of revenge porn and that the BPD-girls, who he "just happens to fuck" (yeah, totally not his modus operandi), just claim that the recordings are without consent, either out of shame or out of greed.

Its crazy how his tatic of denial still seems to work. Genuinely, I fully believe that Erudite is just as bad as Destiny. I will continue to state, I do not understand how Lonerbox and Pxie could ever think that Kyla is on their side.

A pretty easy way to tell if someone is untrustworthy is if Destiny vouches for them, if Destiny tries to discredit them then that should tell you that you should at least give a listen to what the person is saying. Important to note, this isn't me saying that everyone that Destiny says is dumb isn't actually dumb, however, if he's involved in some sort of personal drama and he defends the person by saying "people are so deranged about x" or "x has only good intentions, she hasn't done anything bad to me or to y", that person can't be trusted and if you trust them you are a fool/retard. Regarding the screenshot, I really can't do anything about it, that's out of my control and I explained to her that's the kill shot, she still refused to give it to me. I also advised her, before AND after she sent me anything, that it was probably best for her to send those things to Pxie/Stasia/Chaeiry instead of sending it to me, but that's when she said she didn't trust them and that she didn't want to get involved.

I think she has heard one of the audios, unsure which one, but it's not only one, he recorded her multiple times.
