No, that was every girl he thought was interested in him. I think he did learn, just a little bit, from dealing with Megan, that when a girl say you are just friends, you don't touch them in a weird way. But when he think's a girl is possibly into him, like with the Emily date and Catherine, then he goes about touching them and creeping them out.
