Hasan called for the murder of a Florida senator live on air. This is after he tweeted the instructions on how to make the homemade gun that killed Abe in response to IIRC the same senator. He's also had multiple Islamic terrorists on his show, and said that Jewish babies are valid targets for terrorist bombings. Standard Hasan bullshit from Buffalo Jr.
It's a temp ban, apparently, based on the error message? Hasan is fucking furious however as he doesn't believe he did anything wrong (he's already trying to gaslight claiming he was saying "death penalty" not murder) -- this is standard Hasan bullshit tricks, supposedly, whenever he's called out he gaslights and does whatever he can to obfuscate and spread bullshit about things. Since the CEO of twitch is his personal friend, and the ban was... around noon? I'm guessing someone at Twitch HQ got to explain why Hasan's allowed to say that sort of thing on Twitch to a Secret Service or FBI agent who stopped by the office this morning.
He's also super pissed the "alt-right" like Tim Pool, Asmangold, The Quartering, etc didn't go to bat to defend his free speech rights. Hasan has repeatedly used his audience to harass other streamers including mass flagging attacks, so most of them are of the opinion that he should go sit on a Christmas Tree and spin.
The only good thing is if it's a flat out 30 day ban it royally fucks Hasan, as anyone who was subbed would have to manually go to his page and re-sub. Most people don't do that. A 3 day ban is rough (any renewals on those 3 days fail), a 7 day ban is basically 25% of your monthly income vanishing and you have to re-build it, a 30 day ban would drop your income to 0, and you'd have to rebuild.
It's almost definitely a 3 day ban that will be removed after 2 days and some change.
