For whatever it's worth, the NOAA does do a lot of important research off the Maine and New England coast. There is a lot of overfishing in the area that needs more policing and mitigation. However, Janet Mills is and has always been a retard who has effectively turned Maine from a purple state to the Northeast version of Portland, OR. If she wants to fuck over her state and affect the whole region (Maine lobsters are a huge industry) over trannies beating up girls in sports, that's her prerogative and she will have to pay for it.
