It’s definitely because he was abusing the system. The system quickly picks up on ppl just trying to use multiple tourist/visitor visas as a way to live or work here. They usually start denying someone after the second request in a year or multiple extension requests. Once you are on their radar it’s harder to get approved for other types because they’ve already determined you’re shady and abusing the system.
If he ever over stayed a visa he’d be banned for ten years, which I wouldn’t rule out as the reason he’s getting hard denials. I’ve known ppl under 25 to do shit like that, thinking it’s no big deal stay a few weeks longer or go home later. They have no problem flying home when they get around to it, but are shocked when they are denied entry for the next decade. Poor Scottish guy I know decided to just stay on over the summer in college to go to the national parks and party. He’s been trying for 20 years to get a visa to come back and is denied every time due to that overstay when he was 20. (He’s a college professor now and respectable citizen, they don’t care. The ten year ban for an over stay is usually really a permanent one.)

On his twitter feed, when his application gets granted, somebody asks him if he'll be making videos when he gets to the US. He replies: 'It's a tourist visa so I'm not allowed to work too much.' (Um, you're not allowed to work AT ALL, fool.) 'So I will not confirm or deny anything until my visa arrives.'
My guess is that his application lands on somebody's desk. First thing is, they see he's been denied once. So of course, they Google him and find out, oh, we let this moron in once -- after we'd initially denied him -- and the first thing he does is goes on to twitter to boast about how he's going to work when he gets here but he's got to keep it on the down low.
Lets face it, if they weren't retarded, they wouldn't be running around pretending to be the wrong gender.
Twenty years ago, this was true. Now though, you're all living in tents and shitting in the streets like genuine third world pajeets.
