If you're not a terrorist, the ESTA process takes about ten minutes. I know people that did it on their phone after landing in the US. I don't know what this guy was doing or how he fucked it up so badly.

you can also get denied ESTA and VWP if you visit certain countries the US hates like north korea, sudan, and some other examples i can't remember, but it's completely unlikely f1nn5ter went to any of those, and, as explained a few posts back, it was for overstaying last time. supposedly.
That would make sense, the US has exit controls unlike a lot of countries so CBP know exactly when you leave.

i'm just saying his fashion style and makeup is spot-on and perfect for a video like this. i also dig the long straight hair on him, natal women with that kind of hair should be protected at all costs. sadly enough his mannish figure becomes very difficult to ignore once you see him without clothes.
Aren't you the guy that was also complimenting tranny Schafer in the tranny sideshows thread? Anon, sorry to tell you this, but you are a massive faggot.

Jesus does the dear feeder hate this guy after his spat on twitter. Anytime anything notable happens to Jude it immediately gets featured.

Rightfully so, Jude is a consent accident waiting to happen.

How much autonomy does the person reviewing immigration applications truly have, surely not enough to deny an application on a whim? I’m not buying the ‘bad day’ story. He is either on a list or committed a crime.
If you apply in person at the embassy they will ask you a bunch of questions, they have a checklist. If one of your answers doesn't satisfy them they will deny you, no reason given. They just give you a little pamphlet. He is probably just guessing at the reason.

They ask you things like why you are going, what you plan to do, where you are going to stay, if you have relatives or friends in the US, what you do for a living, if you speak English etc.

For example if you don't have a job in the country you are in they might deny you because they suspect you actually want to go to the US to work and not as a tourist.

More broadly, visitation Visa's to the USA are usually very easy to get. Anyone can board a flight from most countries and get a 3 month Tourist visa at the port of entry if they have a European or friendly Asian country (Japan, South Korea) passport. Less friendly countries like say, India, Indonesia or Egypt, you will have to fill out more paperwork. But in general its still relatively easy to do. Getting denied even a tourist Visa is pretty top tier. Especially as a Brit Bong. It means he's probably on a list now.

I believe the UK, European countries, and so on, are "second world countries."
No. The "second world" doesn't exist anymore. Not since 1991 and the end of the Cold War. That was the Soviet Union, the Warsaw Pact, and any of their client states (i.e. Cuba). All commie.

UK and much of Europe is first world. Third world is basically your poorfag counties in Africa and whatnot.

It's an outdated model, really. They should just go with developed and non-developed, but the terms first and third world stick around.

Unless you are making a joke that Europe is so lefty now that it's the new second world. In which case, LOL.

The US visa process is a pain in the butt, I've had to go through it for work (not as a tourist) and it's very through.
Can confirm, and you're also liable to get asked some very unusual questions (ie. polygamy) at customs too if you get unlucky.

Getting a visa is a pain in the ass and takes several months for some types. The waivers are quicker but sometimes you do need one or you're travelling from a country without waiver privilege.

In my experience, those attorneys aren't of much help at all. They might at best guide you through some of the red tape and coach you on how not to sound you have cocaine pellets up your ass but the system itself is quite unpredictable.

If you interact with student types who want and go to the US for education, you end up hearing stories about people going to embassies out of their home state because for whatever reason it's faster there, although I think that's mostly superstition on their part.

Now, one thing that will get you on their shitlist is overstaying. The State maybe retarded but it remembers.

He could have just been a dumbass and said he is going there to film porn in every national park for his OnlyFans and he has no intention of ever returning to England or something like that.

If you read his Twitter it is pretty clear he actually wants to move there permanently and it does make sense considering livestreaming "culture" and events happen mostly in the US and there are lots of "influencers" that he could meet up and work with.

From the look of that letter, he was rejected for being a rootless cosmopolitan with no sense of patriotism.
No lies detected...

The question is why he didn't just do an ESTA in 2019. He probably overstayed previously or got caught working: And if they yeet you once, you have a hell of a job getting back in by any means.

It was only 2 months ago that Taylor Lorenz had to scramble to get a visa for india because she didn't realize one was required: https://kiwifarms.st/threads/community-feature-submissions.114933/page-376#post-20160182

I think he didn't do an ESTA in 2019 because he stayed more than 90 days (he probably stayed the full 6 months). But to be honest with you staying in a country for a "holiday" that is longer than 90 days is bizarre (ESTA is only for stays of up to 90 days) and then requesting another 6 month holiday shortly after you return is probably giant red flag for visa officers.
