Zelensky's been acting like an entitled prick to everyone giving Ukraine billions in aid for years, glad Trump finally called him out on it to his fuckin face.
Doesn't help when everyone keeps telling you how you are the hero of the 21th Century for standing up to Putin and that the whole world has your back forever, people all over the world put your country's flag on their social media, etc.

Combined with all the cocaine, maybe he has come to actually believe it.

Of course Zelensky is wrong to be rude and pushy about the money we're giving them, but it's embarrassing for the president to have an autistic scree like that as well.
This is the 2nd time Zelensky has pissed Trump off very publicly. He can't help it and Trump is clearly tired of it because it's Zelensky who is getting in the way of moving anything forward.

The Trump-Vance State Department just approved $3.01 billion in arms & equipment sales to Israel. $2.04 B in bombs $675.7 M in bombs & weapon guidance kits $295 M in bulldozers Admin said "an emergency exists that requires the immediate sale," waiving congressional review

It's not like congress would stop them from sending more weapons to Israel in the first place.

No bro drumpf is le based and looked like a totally in control statesman, this post on truth social by groyper_1488 says so.

This was never one of Putin's stated goals.
Yeah I'm wrong, he never said that was one of the goals he aimed to achieve. However, given Zelenskyy's disposition before the war and Putin's disdain for how Russian sympathizers in the Donbas were being treated I don't doubt that this was a bonus Putin hoped for back then all the same.

This was actually genius. Zelensky said his people support this war, to the last man standing. Zelensky publicly rejected peace.

We will see what his people say but, there’s already a petition to depose him.

Very publicly, Trump forced Zelensky and the people of Ukraine hand’s. Peace or nothing, Zelensky publicly refused peace. Ukraine people can now choose war to the bloody end, without America, or remove Zelensky and negotiate peace.

We don’t have to resort to any nefarious tactics and it was all done public, for the world, without lies or spin.
I'll argue that it has to be this way. Zelenskyyy has been sending out goons to kidnap people off the streets so that he can send them to a front line where the average life expectancy is 2 hours.

There is no way he can negotiate peace. If he does, he'll be torn to pieces. He may still be. But if he gets impeached and removed for refusing to "surrender" then he might live. Meanwhile, the Ukie oligarchs can choose the best replacement to negotiate what's next.

Throughout the discussion with Zelensky, Trump kept saying "Raw Earths" instead of "Rare Earth Metals", and (incorrectly) corrected Zelensky that the annexation of Crimea happened in 2015 (when it was 2014). I really hope he's not getting dementia.
I think he's just fucking up what, to him, are minor details.

did i just witness a politician bomb worse than the literal fucking dementia patient a party pretended was competent?

god fucking damn, i'm glad i'm not polish russian rejects
I know. All the idiot had to do was sign the deal, which would've guaranteed US presence in the Ukraine. Instead, he chimped out like an albino nigger and demanded more.

I think what everyone's forgetting is China. After years of war, the Russians have been bled dry; they're not the existential threat everyone thinks they are. The Chinese, however, have been flexing their soft power. They're infiltrating Canada, they're trying to get control of the Panama Canal, they're colonizing Africa through their belt-and-road initiative, they're carefully bribing US officials, and they're infiltrating education through their Confucius Institutes. Trump is one of the few people in Washington aware of the Chinese threat and wants to deal with it immediately.

However, this can't be done while we're pouring money into the pit called Ukraine. The war there needs to end, not only for good PR, but so America can pivot to dealing with the Chinese dragon. Given today's events, the funding will be cut immediately, and we'll see Trump focus much more on curbing China's power.
