As a fag it hurts me to hear this at first but then I realize that although troons have completely destroyed decades of goodwill the older generations of LGBs literally fought for, there is absolutely no reason why I can't still command respect from society as an individual who is much more than her sexuality. My colleagues still respect me because I do my fucking job, my neighbors like me because I'm quiet and help the old lady next door with her home maintenance out of kindness, my community is fine with me because I'm not out here making a scene and demanding they bend to my ego and fetishes (ahem, troons).

Personally I don't particularly care about a persons sexuality, it makes no difference to me, who you're attracted to doesn't define who you are as a person, it's not the focal point of your personality.
