The absolute contrast between her and Phil, regarding receiving money, is striking. From the clips I've seen, she seems genuinely happy and appreciative. Phil, on the other hand, simply plays the 'retard' animation with coins or resorts to the old 'generous tip from Iron Chef Retard' routine, and immediately transitions into asking for more to reach a goal of consuming fast food slop.
