Thats absolute bullshit! You had every chance to know, should have known and probably did know. I mean ffs, one of the earliest vids out there is destiny fucking melina, while her current bf, who destiny went to visit and who was a fan of him, is streaming in the other room and appears really sad as everyone can clearly hear the gnome and melina fucking. Than there obviously is the ana situation. Imagine publicly stating again and again that ana is insane and mentally ill and imagines destiny is in a relations with her, only for it to be revealed that they were stexting and chatting in the background all along. There are many more examples...

So realistically there is no excuse to have been a fan of epstiny and thank god he finally was publicly so incredibly deranged that he fucked his career, and he only has himself to blame.

Destiny is very good at framing narratives within his community, going on banning sprees every 6 months or so, purging all dissent, making it very hard for real criticisms of him to surface within his community. He's so good at it that the fact that he does this, has become an active joke within his community. I honestly don't think you can find a single person within Destiny's community that hasn't been banned for atleast 30 days for criticizing him. By doing this, he is softly conditioning every member of his community not to criticize him too much.

Let me give you two examples of him banning people:

1. When he was playing league and someone would call him bad at the game, he would ban that person for 30 days or permaban them.

2. When someone criticizes his political takes or call out his horrible behavior he will also ban them for 30 days or permaban them.

The first instance is obviously deranged, but it is also funny in a way. These two instances are then equivocated within the community. Disagreeing with Destiny on his politics or calling him out for his bad behaviour and then getting banned is seen as calling him bad at league and getting banned for it. "Tiny is just being emotional guys haha".

TLDR: When he bans people it is seen as him just being deranged and emotional, making it more relatable to the viewer, and even excusable to them, instead of what it actually is: A deliberate strategy to form a cult around him.

I would even go so far to say that you should be happy that former fans of Destiny, like me, are turning on him, because unlike the tourists of the thread who will just call him a cuck or a dick sucker and move on, which doesnt hurt him at all.

The people who have been fans of him actually know way more hard hitting stuff about Destiny. To actually make hard hitting criticisms of Destiny you need to basically need to be familiar with so much material or "lore", making yourself seem deranged in the process. This is also related to his strategy of calling people who criticize him to this extent Antifans. Because it is basically impossible for people from the outside to criticize Destiny; You're either:

1. A normal person who dont know enough about the entire lore of Destiny and the twist and turns of every drama to be taken seriously when commenting on his past bad behavior.

2. A deranged Antifan that obsesses over every detail of Destiny's life, in which case even if you have the required information, you're way too mentally ill to be taken seriously.

You cannot win. No matter what he can always dismiss any outside criticism of him.

tbf, as jstlk mentioned yesterday (?) in his stream, during his affair with Lauren Southern he faked he was changing and trying to become a better person, however, thanks to Rose and Solo, we now know it was all just a front as even tho he was lying to Lauren that he was trying to become monogamous, by stating that he wasn't sleeping with any girls, he was secretly going on a bunch of Grindr hookups to suck off guys. All the supposed positions he was taking, of being empathetic and trying to build together something meaningful was all bullshit, that's why he dropped all his projects after the rejection and stopped his Christianity grift.

I will say, I find it quite funny that until now he was, selectively, nuking DMs with people who he thought were "compromised".
Instead of doing the simple task of deleting the videos from his google drive and other hosting sites, he always chooses to simply delete the message in which the link was in.
