Since there's a retard debating with jstlk right now, but I've seen other retards parrot the same shit all over.
I knew it was Pxie the moment I opened the video, I knew the other girl was Stasia the moment I saw the screengrab of her.

In both videos they were both easily identifiable, and their faces were within frame for a considerable amount of time, enough for the average person to be able to identify them.
I only used the arm moles as a definite confirmation, but even before I took the 2 minutes to find the picture in her instagram I was already 100% it was Pxie.

Same for the other victims, their face was in frame too, easily identifiable.

I don't know, but I have it suspicious how unhinged he has been acting. Specifically him threatening Kuihman, like he would ever be able to beat anyone in a fight, it seems like he's baiting, I just don't know what or whom tho.

Specifically him deleting evidence, as Solo said, and as I saw with my own two eyes, he doesn't delete everything, he PURPOSELY leaves the Melina threesome video, he left DOZENS of videos of himself masturbating as Solo says, and he left that file long after he knew I could have gotten it.

If I had to guess, his strategy is just the same as always, muddy the waters enough so the average person can't know what's true or not. I suspect his litigation strategy will be to drag out the pretrial process in hopes that Pxie's legal fund will run dry before the trial date, forcing her to accept an unfavourable settlement. I'm sure his lawyers will motion to extend the deadline to file his statement of defense any day now. Then, after filing the statement of defense, they'll file a motion to dismiss or something along those lines to postpone discovery. If it gets to discovery, the strategy will be to withhold as much evidence as possible to force Pxie to waste time and money bringing motions to compel disclosure.

Destiny's main upper hand here is that he has far greater resources at his disposal to waste on procedural bullshit. Pxie is working with a bit more than $50k in donations, which may not even be enough to cover her pretrial legal expenses. Pxie may be receiving a lot of support now while this drama is still fresh, but she doesn't have sustainable financial backing through a large and devoted fanbase like Destiny does.
