Just fyi, pacermonitor just pulls data from https://pacer.uscourts.gov/, also on pacer you can use $30 quarterly without being charged, so you can search docs at like .10 cents a page and so as long as it doesnt add up to $30 in 90 days its free. Tbh not hard to sign up, its public docs available to the public, but these mfs paywall it lol.. whatever even in person they charge you to LOOK at a court doc.. per page... at least its accessible through an online portal some courts dont even have an online portal and you gotta request by mail or in person..

also every time I ever check pacermonitor.com/courtdocs.com or any 3rd party website pulling data from the actual pacer website it has always said "Last updated 1 hour ago" even if there are new court docs on pacer that are over an hour old but haven't been updated to the 3rd party websites yet. tbh sometimes it even takes a couple days to reflect on the 3rd party websites.

ARE THESE FUCKING RETARDS GOING OFF WHAT THE 3RD PARTY WEBSITE SAYS??? there are no time stamps that I can see on the actual pacer website... not the 3rd party one... just the date of 2/20/2025... the documents are timestamped when submitted to the court but it doesn't show a timestamp when you access the public records.. so anyone trying to say it doesnt apply is retarded when they dont know the actual time of the filing... thats exactly why dumbasses said "1 hour ago" as well.. they just went off what the 3rd party website said "last updated 1 ago" except... it ALWAYS SAYS THAT.. but regardless i do think it may not have been ruled on yet, not sure how that applies because its been filed and it may have "implied consent" until the ruling lol
