I think you're getting hung up on semantics. The charge is not actually called revenge porn, it's called dissemination of private sexual material. He did it intentionally and admitted, and while we can't read his mind to determine how malicious he might have been, he was undeniably reckless. Him sending it to even one person who he didn't get affirmative consent to send it to is enough to be charged, but we know he's sent it to more than one person, and he's done this to more than one person, not just Pxie.

She could've been consenually sending the vids so you can't justify noncon sending them because she noncon sended vids.

So there's two things here: he nonconsensually sended pornographic videos and he isn't justified in doing so. And he's a serial rapist.

People shouldn't forget that Destiny was angry that bluetea noncon shared Destiny's penis after Destiny noncon shared her nudes.
