From what I understand, they're more expensive in the long run anyway. To the point electric is preferred even in homes piped for gas.
Water heaters, stoves, and ovens need to reach higher temperatures than a dryer needs to dry clothing that's had most of the water removed by the washer's spin cycle so that makes sense.

I'm not sure how to distinguish between an account deletion and a simple change in Twitter handle, but it appears that April deleted some of her social media accounts (or changed their handles).

When you search a previous Twitter thread where her account was involved, this is what you find:
April_Law1111.png (X) April_Law1111_does not exist.png (X)

Here are the results when searching for her previous Instagram account:

Yesterday, I verified that her Instagram was still online.

If it's an upstairs laundry room I could definitely see needing someone to at least bring it upstairs. I'm not familiar if their house is a single story. I assume not, if it's a huge house.
Normally the intimate part of the house is upstairs, it wouldn´t make sense to have a service area like a laundry room up there.

I'm at a loss of words. Why even lie about this? Clearly his laundry room is more than capable to handle the family's dirty clothes.
His kids are dirty and smelly. It's obviously Koreans that are making them dirty and smelly. They probably rubbed cocaine in his dirty and smelly kids hair. It's not even cool Roof Koreans that are abusing his kids.

A lot of homes in mn are what's called a walkout - built on a hill down-sloping in the back. So for some of those, you enter on the main floor, which has living spaces and some sleeping spaces (often and in this case, the master bedroom, maybe others idk). Downstairs are other bedrooms/ rooms. Unlike in a traditional house, though, with a fully subterranean basement, downstairs from the main floor has big windows and opens to the outside (that's the walkout part). Laundry spaces may be up or down, but in the Rekieta house, the w/d are outside the master bedroom. They're put there in some houses for convenience, esp when the master is also the main floor.

Which is to say, the master bedroom and the laundry space are right by the common spaces.

For ONCE, Laid Back Law was interesting and spicy today. (I can't stand Eric Hunley.)

At one point all the lawyers (Joe, Dani, Nate, Viva) were yelling at each other.
  1. Oddly Nick/Aaron stuff was covered for the first 8 minutes and at the end at 1:43:30 once Sean joined. I say oddly because I'm convinced Eric had banned the topic for months. He regularly has Nate, Kurt, and Sean on. They were all doing regular coverage of Nick but his case was never mentioned on Laid Back Law. Now that Nick's pled guilty, Eric's okay with Aaron's case being covered.
  2. That was followed by a screaming match over the blood bath going on at the DoJ over Eric Adams. Really interesting lawnerdy discussion.
  3. Then they covered the 2 states trying to outlaw masturbation - several lol moments.
  4. Then the news broke that Ilhan Omar (more Minnesota!!!) married her brother to get citizenship.
News is slow here. For those of us who came to Nick through the law, it's a fun watch.

I noticed the topic came up when Viva was there, and Sean not. And then again when Sean was there, and Viva not.

We wouldn't want poor Viva to get blown the fuck out by Sean, would we?

I mean, Viva's master Barnes isn't there to tell him what to think and say, and kiss his boo-boos and make it all better.

I'd honestly pay good money to see Sean confront Viva over Barnes's claim that Sean is "constitutionally illiterate" and nobody should ever hire him as a lawyer. While Viva just sat there with a stupid grin on his face, like he always does. Especially after Sean was right about nearly everything, and Barnes was wrong about nearly everything. I think Sean deserves a pound of flesh from those two chucklefucks.

I wouldn't press the man to do it. I just want to say it would be justified and I would enjoy watching it.

Also his first story for the black eye was that he tripped on a dog toy and hit his head on the bathroom counter.

We now know that 'dog toy' is code for 'ketamine'. Another piece of the code revealed!

To recap, since he foolishly did this on air, he allegedly sent an image to Geno and said "Your boy didn't do so bad, did he?" That's it.

I struggle to find how what he did falls within the definition above.

*Something* *Something* Women and consequences... Is that sufficiently misogynistic? We must keep up appearances on this 'hate site'.

It was probably passed as broadly as it was as a law to 'protect women' by people with soft hearts, but it ends up harming self-responsibility.

I'm aware. It's public correspondence with Kayla - ArtTheClown tagged her - with his wife's lewds that matters. Art's wife, EgalitarianBtch, was friends with Kayla. That's the context. Kayla was actively participating and sharing lewds on Locals with other subscribers.

Not to re-live the horror, but they publicly admitted to exchanging lingerie as well.

I presume it's not, because I don't think Nick permitted outright nudes on the Locals. That's one of the few rules he imposed. That and no criticism of him, of course.

Meanwhile, Still_Life can threaten to kill people on the regular.

Anyways, the probable cause report describes the picture in question as one where her breasts are fully exposed. That's per Geanu.

But I think that's a @Himedall All-seeing Waifu question.

The reason why people bring up her exhibitionism, and her sharing such pictures, and engaging in various deplorable conduct, while being a married woman with five kids, is because it shows how she's not a very sympathetic "victim." To the point where considering her such is almost laughable. Infuriating even. The real victim here is her children.

I know that would likely be irrelevant as part of a dispassionate legal analysis in Aaron's case, but fortunately I am posting on Kiwifarms, and not writing a legal brief.

Nick did delete anything with genitals or nipples during the show--when he saw it--but he was hardly omnipresent. There were fully exposed images posted (a few in the OP are archived). If you recall, there *was* an attempt at moderation of risque content by LOCALS who decided to 'test' the auto-mod on Nick's community... I will let you form your own reasons for selection of his community... The raunchy chat rebelled against it, and Nick eventually got it removed (via copious bitching, I am sure) on the back-end.

I have reason to think that LOCALS was playing nice with him and were glad to be rid of his contract when it did expire, but nothing concrete...

During Weeb Wars, Nick would have regarded such levels of 'tism as an asset.
Now it's just weird and prudish.

I love the plate and appliance 'tism tangents like this! They bring me an unreasonable amount of joy!

They apparently do. The fireplace and water heater, for example.

Per Zillow:

Mind you, that doesn't prove the dryer is gas powered. Only that it could be. Growing up, I lived in a house that had a gas powered range, water heater, and fireplace, but the dryer was that big ass 220-240v electric plug.

Also, interestingly enough, he's got water filtration and softening, which suggests there wouldn't be a repeat of the "Silent Hill bathroom" situation as seen in his old house.
Every house in that area fed from well-water NEEDS to have one and it has to be maintained.
Reverse osmosis membranes need to be replaced every 3-5 years and the filters in that system AND the specialty iron-filtration cartridge should be replaced every 12 months.

He is lucky he did no get sued for the filtration system not being maintained and in violation of MN code. As a landlord he was liable for failing to maintain the water quality.

Given how he whinged about having to maintain his hot tub filters every 6 months and clean it every few months, I doubt he really put much effort into maintaining the water filtration system unless he had a service take care of it for him on a schedule.

Nick outsourced almost EVERYTHING that could be loosely classified as 'work' in his life--food, clothing, thumbnail creation, DISCORD moderation, LOCALS gift fulfillment, providing content on his legal panels, guest recruitment for his show, and even the venue planning for his few events!

He literally had a beeping robot in the background of his streams for over a year.

It is still one of my favourite parts of his saga! He even acknowledged that he knew what was about, and did NOTHING!

(I can't stand Eric Hunley.)
Hunley is a potato and and balldoguard. I'm shocked they can talk about such things on that boring show. Hunley is Andy Warski with negative rizz.

Of course it's ok to talk about Aaron though, but not our boy Lord Robert Balldo-mort.

“News broke”? This has been a running joke for the better part of a decade. Were some of these guys just now learning about this?
Some knew of the rumor, others didn't.

As for it being "confirmed" I believe it's based on this Daily Mail article. The right is running with it and claims that the FBI knew she married her brother but didn't report it. (I could see it being true but a quick google didn't verify for me.)

There is so much sperm in that hot tub now that the next woman who gets in it risks pregnancy and it'll be a bitch to determine paternity. Though if the baby is black, you could at least rule out the head wigger of the house.

(I know that's not scientific, but I'll say it as a joke nonetheless).

Yeah, that's the other thing: They were talking about the Imholte case and not really Rekieta. It was fucking gay.

I guess it depends on where you live, my house and many of the new constructions in my area have upstairs laundry rooms. I assumed the Rekieta household might be the same since the laundry room was said to adjoin the master bedroom which if they had two story I can't imagine the master bedroom is downstairs.
There's two floors, but the washer and drawer are on the main floor, and then there's a walk-out basement (where the balldo vault is at).
I'll have to go look up the floor plan, I don't think I've seen a lot of single story houses that are like 5 or 6 bedrooms so I'd be interested to see.
ETA: It's a 4 bed 4 bath? Well that's weird, are some of the kids sharing bedrooms I guess?

I hate to admit it, but I think the new flag is better than the old one. Even if people think it looks suspiciously like the regional Somalian ones.

But that's mainly because the old flag was utter shit:

Flag_of_Minnesota_(1983–2024).svg.png

If your flag is just a solid color with a government seal in the center, your flag design is lazy and it deserves to be mocked.

Still, I would have preferred if they went with this one, which was one of the top three finalists:

Minnesota_flag_submission_F944.svg.png

That's actually unique and cool.

Every time I see that photo (edited or original) it fills me with utter revulsion. The effeminate way he's thrusting out his hip and twisting his waist to make himself as womanly as possible is a total affront to both masculinity and femininity. He comes across as a porn addicted eunich; too degraded by his own warped desires to project any sense of manhood, but incapable by both body and nature to display anything more than a vain mimicry of womanhood.

That floral tattoo Kayla made him get had to be a shit test that he totally failed. She must have spent time thinking over what was the gayest, lispiest, queerest, most ineffectual design out there. What design communicated loud and clear that the man who bore it had no self respect and deserved even less from others, and then she found a design even gayer than that, and Nick got that needled into his skin like the spineless worm he is.
