Teen Titans (2003) Discussion - Talk about a prominent Amerime

I just realized that I don't think I've ever watched Teen Titans: Trouble in Tokyo all the way through. Which no one ever talks about, interestingly enough.

But yeah, Teen Titans was pretty good. I always looked forward to those episodes where the theme song was fully in Japanese because it meant it was gonna be weird.
 
Loved it as a kid but not enough to become obsessed or jerk it to the characters. favorite episodes where the British one with the incredible art design and the obvious greats like the future episode and crazy robin hallucinating death stroke. 90s and 2000s action cartoon where just phenomenal and I feel bad for modern kids that don't really have action show anymore. Also the theme song by the hi hi puffy amiyumi show is just amazing.

What was the deal with that, did censors not like that he had death in his name? Even as a kid people calling him slade was weird, it kinda worked later with robin because it made it feel a little more personal. Still he'll always be deathstroke the terminator unless hes around crazy evil teenagers at which point he becomes dick stroke.

I always wanted to be Robin when I grew up, but all I ever accomplished towards that goal was be short.

It was pretty good from what I remember, though I don't know how it would hold up now that I'm an adult. I rewatched Batman TAS a few years back, and while I did enjoy it, it showed its age in many different parts which did hinder it a lot. Biggest ask I had for a superhero show back then was good fight scenes, and Teen Titans did the job pretty well.

I always found BB annoying as fuck, is that the norm?
 
It was okay, I watched it when I catch it but it wasn't something I really used to look forward. I was more into X-men Evolution.
 
First of all it was pretty good. I'm trying to think of any bad consequences besides gross porn it had but most of those are just trends with animation in that time and Tumblr being that. If anything, Go was such an absolute troll move it thankfully ruined the entire franchise for the obsessed fans.

Its Joker film was one of the best super hero films ever made.
