I'm not sure if these clips of Destiny's views on consent have been posted. These clips are both from a clip of a stream where a caller asks Destiny hypothetical situations where someone's consent could be/could not be violated.

In the above clip, the caller offers a hypothetical of candid photos being posted to an anonymous forum where people will inevitably jerk off to them.

Caller: Uh, let's say you're posting candid photos of somebody on an anonymous forum where you know people will jerk off to them?
Destiny: Probably
Caller: Okay, what's the meaningful distinction there?
Destiny: Um, you're taking some of these pictures and you're reposting them which, in and of itself, is already a little bit hairy, and then now you're posting in a place that's explicitly for like, sexual consumption.
Caller: Okay, so, if it -- okay. So if you were reposting them somewhere else just for fun with no sexual intention or like sexual intention ?
Destiny: Yeah, it could still be wrong but it would be a lot different the type of wrongness would be quite a bit different, I think.
In the second clip above the caller poses hypotheticals where if the other party doesn't know or will never know about something done to them if their consent was violated.

Caller: I forget your stance on cheating. Do you think if the other person never figures out if there's actually something wrong with that, or no?
Destiny: Yeah, I guess so, that's kind of the question is could you theoretically do-- Well, because there are some things you could not get caught doing that we'd still consider probably a violation so for instance like peeping on somebody, like binoculars into somebody's window, probably not be good, right?
Caller: Yep
Destiny: Because somebody has a right to privacy. (Addressing chat) Do you have a right to a person sitting across here to not be stealth masturbating? I don't know, I'm not sure, that's a really hard one.
Caller: Well, could you like-- Let's say you could steal something from somebody and you know for a fact that they would never know that it's gone, is that okay?
Destiny: No, that's still that's an easy wrong because you shouldn't be stealing things from people even if they're not aware that they're losing it right stealing one dollar from somebody's immoral even if they don't know they're gonna miss it right but that's an easy one you're taking something from somebody.
