Other than Stasia's logs there's no more proof that I've seen.
However, honestly can't remember where I got this from, either jstlk was going to say it in his stream, or maybe someone in his server was going to type it, but stopped themselves (I know it sounds weird that I can't remember where I heard it today from), but from what was said in the sentence Empathchan and Destiny were in the same City at the same time.

I haven't kept up with Tiny too much as of lately, so I personally couldn't tell you, but it had to have happened with the last 6 months if I'm not mistaken, not only because I would have likely noticed it/known about it earlier, but because that's the only window of opportunity.
