While the most likely outcome is that he just settles out of court and it doesn't hurt him too much, aren't you totally jumping the gun on this? Quite literally nothing's happened yet on the legal front. Plus all the sweeping and so forth only serves to protect his public image, not much else. Doomposting about the lolsuit being a complete nothingburger is just as silly as getting your hopes up too high. If common sense worked with lolcows, Rekieta wouldn't have had so much legal trouble.

Last time they talked was late 2023, but destiny attempted to reach out a few times after that and once just a month before the leaks.

Based on the texts provided thus far this doesn't seem likely.

Straighterade told Destiny to suggest money because Pxie was waffling about doing anything and seems to be jobless and having trouble paying her debts. Pxie thought she could get a big dollar figure and Straighterade told Destiny to start by offering paying bills to set Pxie's expectations. This set off the chain where Pxie felt insulted and told Erudite who told Destiny who shutdown communication because of the "punishment" angle.

President Sunday didn't know if Pxie was paid off, he was guessing silence = pay off. Straighterade does seem absent from the talk of compensation so who knows if she already got hers.

From today's Erudite interview and Stardust's ongoing Live, Straighterade was leaking all of this without Pxie's knowledge.

I assure you Pxie is not smart enough to manipulate anyone. She's still talking to Erudite.
