In the original set of leaks Solo did there are messages where Tiny is talking about recording his sexual acts with these grindr men. Specifially I think I recall Tiny telling her that the audio was poor quality because his phone was in his pocket or otherwise obscured. In many states in the US it is illegal to record even a conversation without the consent of both parties, so it should almost certainly be illegal to record a person engaging in a sex act without their consent. Certainly if they did not consent to Destiny recording it (he recorded them secretly) then they could not have consented to him sending them to Rose.
