Back on December 15th the above tweet was posted by Wiz, friend of Lonerbox and content creator for the Pondscum Podcast. It's a short video where someone is filming an arcade where another person person seems to be sharing a joke with the filmer. The camera pans back to Lonerbox glued to his phone. Straighterade replied "There are more interesting things than Star Wars." This doesn't really indicate what was happening but it's curious.

At least the situation was volatile, it would be in anything like this, but her threatening suicide probably doesn't help. And from Straighterade DMs to Destiny Pxie was struggling to pay back $147 because her employment situation is weird. She's really pitiable. They can't announce that they were a couple if they've broken up because it makes Lonerbox look bad. She's been on Twitter continuing to spin out and I wouldn't be surprised if Lonerbox catches another stray.

Her claim for damages probably is not specific to the sharing that led to the leak. He may have sent the media to others after the fact, and she may have a viable cause of action against him for those discrete incidents, as well. Lawyers often leave statements of claim open-ended so they have latitude to canvas all potential wrongdoing during the discovery process.
