Here's the statute, for anyone interested, 15 U.S.C. § 6851(b)(1)(A):
Except as provided in paragraph (4) [which encompasses things like providing info in a law enforcement investigation], an individual whose intimate visual depiction is disclosed, in or affecting interstate or foreign commerce or using any means or facility of interstate or foreign commerce, without the consent of the individual, where such disclosure was made by a person who knows that, or recklessly disregards whether, the individual has not consented to such disclosure, may bring a civil action against that person in an appropriate district court of the United States for relief as set forth in paragraph (3).

And here's the relief available under 6851(b)(3)(A):
In a civil action filed under this section—

So it's a fee-shifting statute with relief available of at most 150k plus attorney's fees. That's nothing to sneeze at.

The common law tort of publication of private facts requires showing: (1) the publication; (2) of private facts; (3) that are offensive; and (4) are not of public concern.

There's a bunch of case law on the tort because it's not statutory, so I'd have to look more into it to find out if there's any impediments to the claim.

Florida also has a sexual cyberharassment cause of action: Fla. Stat. § 784.049. That requires:
[The defendant to] publish to an Internet website or disseminate through electronic means to another person a sexually explicit image of a person that contains or conveys the personal identification information of the depicted person without the depicted person’s consent, contrary to the depicted person’s reasonable expectation that the image would remain private, for no legitimate purpose, with the intent of causing substantial emotional distress to the depicted person.
