I haven't watched the chud video or JSTLK stream, if anyone does a summary/clips would be appreciated.
There isn't much in the chud video that isn't already well known. The only thing i think it confirms is chud's stance, which is that Tom is a sweeping faggot (true).
The JSTLK stream is a lot more Juicy. JSTLK does himself a favor and finally takes his mouth out of Destiny's ass for fresh air, and gives the brave take that he most likely didn't have the consent of at least some of the people involved, and that committing a potential sex crime is bad.
He makes one claim which i think is kinda dumb, which operates as soft defense for Destiny, that being if the leaks only contained intimate content of other people and not himself, then that would have been enough to cut all contact and effectively burn his bridge with him. I guess because he feels like since it contains pornographic imagery of Destiny that are as equally humiliating, then that proves he had (in his mind) good enough reason to trust this person with sexual content that included other people.
Now Jstlk admits that its still a dumb thing to do even if you trust a person like that enough so I'm not going to attack his argument on that front. Remember, his main argument is that since Destiny is so negligent about information regarding himself, he's technically not making an exemption with how treats/views the privacy of others, thereby making it a product of naivety rather than just grossly immoral conduct. There are two problems with this -
We do not have access to all of the logs, only the ones Solo released. This is important as, even tho JSTLK is correct about most of the videos just being humiliating for Destiny, there's a pretty good likelihood that's because he was exchanging sexual content of himself for videos from Rose. You can't make a one to one comparison between the two in how Destiny views them without factoring in that only Destiny was the one benefiting from the exchange, while he was utilizing pornographic imagery other parties alongside his own.
Melina has literally told Tiny in the past to not do this after he was caught doing it during the Bob7 fiasco, doing it once is one thing and can be just be summarized as negligent if your being generous, but to deliberately go behind your partners back and do it again is pretty fucked and I don't even like the bitch.
They bring up the chud video again later in the stream and Kelly confirms she has been talking to Melina behind the scenes. If there was any doubt still left as too what Melina was referring to, it's gone imo, as prior to revealing this, Kelly made it clear how she views the situation and thinks that he should go out of his way to do something to make amends for the peoples privacy he's violated. I don't think she would be saying this with such confidence if Melina had told her something different than what was already widely interpreted from the clips originating from her vod's where she talks about it. Kelly even throws in the idea of him paying for the therapy of all the women who were involved (lol).
The next notable thing that happens (i'm still watching it) is that JSTLK loses it at Kelly when she brings up (not by name) Pxie as one of the girls Destiny fucked over. I assume this is who she is talking about because the only descriptor she uses is "orbiter that had a breakdown on twitter."
Edit: Kelly as also stated that Destiny has not reached out to Melina or vice versa.
Can anyone give some reason for how I'm off base here? Maybe there's more to her orbiter lore I can't remember. It's been a while so maybe my mind is just remembering how profoundly stupid she is or the fact that her dad came to do a cuck stream with Destiny and appreciate how good of a "friend" he is to his daughter. That poor fucking father.
Imagine being a dad and your daughter gaslights you into stating in 4k that the degen goblin creature who talks weird is good for her, and a year later you get sent hundreds of videos of your daughter sucking on one of the worm monsters from Peter Jackson's King Kong.
