Yes, he's still permabanned. ZDR gets paid shit or works for free so he'll probably be telling Lowtax to unban him or he's gone.

It's more lax than it was when you would get banned for using punctuation incorrectly. It's less lax than when it was actually worth reading.

it has become more lax in obvious ways, but the same cliques and characters are operating behind the scenes that continue the serious problems that aren't so obvious
 
Huh. You know, I didn't clear my cache or anything. The permaban icon completely went away and now it's suddenly appearing again.

Possible conspiracy theory: Was manually unbanned and then given the permaban icon to make it appear as if he was still banned?

Was anyone other than me not having his permaban icon load?
