I think Sean should give us one video of interpretive dancing and shadow puppets, for Christmas. We've been so good this year.
https://youtu.be/b-gCUkxisxU only if we can get Sean dancing to this then christmas and newyears would be made.... For some reason Interpretative dance always makes my brain think of this song... ;)

Nick has fucked up his prefrontal cortex from alcohol, and cocaine at this point he’s better off letting the teenager at Pizza Hut make his decisions for him. This of course can be reversed but it requires about two years of sobriety, and then you can’t go back to drinking due to having issues in the dopamine reward system which are probably permanent. What I’m getting at is Nick has nobody around him, but enablers his parents, his weak wife, and mistress, himself, juju the cow, there’s no way he’s going to make it. This is going to get worse. The only people who won’t enable him are the candy yoshi courts.
I maintain that what really caused Nick's mental decay was his poor diet on top of drugs and liquor. Normally it takes years and years of heavy drug and alcohol abuse to wreck your brain as bad as Nick has. Nick did a speed run and torched his brain in perhaps a year or two, and that's because the Dorito-a-Day diet is so utterly deficient in nutrition while the heavy alcoholism further denies the body the nutrition it needs. Malnourishment causes brain damage, and Nick was getting negative amounts of nutrients as alcohol robs it from the body. Nick literally starved himself into irreversible mental retardation.
Same here. At least it’s not at the levels of the autistic “fishheads” poster from about a year ago. That guy added his weird fishhead shit to everything, very self invented weird shit. The drow thing is getting close to fishhead posting though. It’s always obvious when someone tries to shoehorn something that doesn’t quite fit, way too much.

(Nick’s eyes the day after the cokestream. One is blacked, just like OurGollum.)
Fish heads was so much better than this Drow D&D NERD shit.
Things are GRIM if King David is silent.
I bet Nick's typical inability to understand social cues was at play. I can honestly believe he thought "I'll do anti-drug PSAs on Youtube" was a winning offer to the prosecutor that would reduce his sentence. He walked in there thinking that and then was promptly BTFO as usual and punched himself in the face afterwards.

I suspect that would be unlikely. The entire point of the job requirement in these plea agreements and probation is the statistical evidence that if someone has a job, they are less likely to reoffend and end up back in the system.

The courts don't care what legal work you do as long as it keeps you busy. Nick streaming once a month isnt going to meet that requirement.

I also highly doubt that the boomer judge is going to understand what a streamer is nor will the prosecutor agree to Nick going back to drunk streams.

This is just my opinion. Think of a situation like BossmanJack being required to get a job for early release, and him claiming gambling streams as a job.

At least BMJ could argue that he does around 40 hours a week gambling. But no way would the court ever agree to this

Sean could use interpretive dance and shadow puppets on his stream and his content is still lightyears ahead of most of lawtube considering he is like the only regularly practicing lawyer among that entire sphere of failures.
The problem is Nick has been speculated to draw a salary as a member of the Trusts Board. Which weirdly likely qualifies as sufficient employment (he likely makes more than the averaged drugged up skell before the court) while at the same time doing nothing that actually keeps him busy and out of trouble or likelihood to reoffend.

Hopefully he finds time in his schedule to overdose.

His speedrun definitely made it worse than if he had a normal diet on top of his alcoholism and drug abuse, brains on patients with eating disorders tending to the anorexic end of the scale will produce less serotonin, couple this with his rampant alcoholism and you get a scenario where, in order to stay in whatever chemically induced wonderland delusion where Nick was the Lawpope of Youtube his drug doses had to ramped up something fierce. The effect of his ana-chan diet was not additive, it was multiplicative with the drugs and booze. This is how you get a Nicky that reads the same superchat seven times.

It would not surprise me if his serotonin receptors are beyond fried, going full clean (as his probation possibly demand) for an extended period of time under those conditions would have him eating sausages on stream like a web 1.0 e-celebrity in short order.

You also have to remember he isn't a 20 year old, he's middle aged which makes it markedly more difficult to bounce back to a healthy state. Added with the impairment to his cognition and damage to his thinking meats being, in my completely speculative opinion, much more profound than what most people might believe it currently is then I would give Nicky's recovery from his drug-fueled anorexic-aided retardation a very poor prognosis.

On the flipside, the prognosis for him continuing to be a top cow is pretty good.

tl;dr : this nigga's brain is more cooked than Fatrick's beef wellington.

Problem? this is great news.

For us, that is.

Its safe to say that the people keeping this guy with his wife and kids are the only thing that is keeping him for completely ruining his life. The moment his parents are gone sorry to say this. He will abandon his wife and kids and go for another crack whore. Nick strikes me as a guy who always thinks about himself first. He is too old didn’t get to screw around and screw up his life when
He was younger so he will do it when he is older.

Mark my words it will always end in divorce regardless his kids will
Hate him his family will never be stable.

My prediction:

I think that if he gets a plea agreement that permits him to see April, he's gonna divorce Kayla soon and shack up with April.

That might actually be all that's been keeping the marriage alive at this point: The uncertainty of whether he can keep his side ho.

If he can't see her, the chances of a divorce probably diminish, but it's still non-zero.

The returns of the Foundation are online. The grandchildren (ie, Nick's generation) rotate as directors. Some years there have been payments made to a director, but it's not a consistent thing and Nick hasn't been paid in the years he's been director. The payments have been under USD 50K.

What is possible, though, is that disbursements have been directed to entities controlled by the family. The Foundation has more outgoings than revenue every year which would raise the question of whether it's being used to shift wealth except that it doesn't have a lot of assets or revenue anyway.

It seems strange to me that he can't see another person that wants to see him based on a court order. I can understand not having the slag in his home or around his kids but how can the court make it illegal to shack up in a hotel room or something? Unless he's that desperate to have her next to him with the Joker (raped in the newest movie) behind them. I'm no expert on the law or anything but I've never heard of a no-contact order for two people that don't mind contacting before. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Okay. You're wrong.

@Potentially Criminal explained it here. It's actually fairly common.

When the idea was first put forward that Nick might get hit with this, and that he was resisting it (thus leading to a second plea agreement conference), a bunch of people on and off site were like "nuh uh, the government can't do that."

Yes they can.

Will they? I guess we're waiting till January now to get a definitive answer.
