Mixed bag from the people I know. Its not as intense of a loss. Some describe it as being like having a stuffy nose even when you don't then it eases off.
When i had it, i had the loss of taste thing that lasted for a couple weeks. thats one way, but another way is that its like somebody coated your tongue in wax or something and just can't taste most of it or everything just tastes off or bland. almost like you know something is supposed to be sweet or salty, but that sweetness or saltiness is 95% muted, and it caused everything to taste off as a result.

You'll be fine. It'll be aches and exhaustion for a few days but afterwards it's all over. You may also temporarily lose your sense of taste to some degree. The one time I had it I could only taste things with the edges of my tongue, it was the strangest sensation. I also had extreme night sweats. I'm talking hard work on a sunny Summer's day kinda sweating. Had to dispose of the sheets and blanket afterwards.

i too have Illness also idk what it is. please do Prayers for me and op so we can get better. thank

love, Cats (diseased)

I managed to go years without catching covid until I got it a few months back. Fever, sweating, sore raw throat, ridiculous aches, but not the worst sickness i've experienced (swine flu was worse for me lmao). The sore throat would come back for a few days every month afterwards until the last time it happened I also lost my sense of taste and smell for a week. Then my throat cleared up and everything went back to normal? So. I dunno what to say. Expect the unexpected, but don't doom-spiral over it. Stay hydrated and take in n u t r i e n c e and you'll be fine.

You will be fine. I had it last year. I have had regular colds that made me sicker than Covid. All the doctor did with give me some antibiotics for the nasal infection it caused and I was fine in no time. Covid isn't a big deal anymore. If it ever was.

COVID is a death sentence for all the elderly ladies the last stand is presumably banging. Rest in pasta my nigga.

After catching the middle east respirator- I mean "covid 19" in late 2022, I haven't been seriously sick since... funny, it's almost like beating a virus with your own immune system makes you immune to it. I guess I should have gotten one of those heart-stopping clotshots just to be safe.

COVID isn't that bad. When I had it, it was just like five days, I partially lost my sense of smell and taste while OP turned permanently gay. That didn't really bother me so I never asked a doctor if it's normal.

I was convinced I had the coof last week, but I got one of those fancy full panel virus tests and everything came back negative. Tis the season.
