There is a show called "Botched" which features a plastic surgeon trying to correct the affects of bad plastic surgery from other physicians. Some of the cases he had were really bad. He would really have his work cut out for him with cases like these.

Still, with something like this, I just do not know if there is anything that CAN be done. The leg would probably need further surgeries, and I would be surprised if she does not end up with partial crippling of the leg.

As for the mess that she has made of her crotch, you would probably have to remove the rotdog and the infected "scrotum" and try and stabilize the area by performing nullification. She would lose what remained of her vulva, but it was already destroyed and she probably would not be able to have "sex" again anyway. I am not sure what the long-term effects of nullification are, but it could not be any worse than what she is facing now.

Because if the case of sexual abuse is years or decades old and the memory of it is somehow twisted and the perpetrator isn't a public figure, you aren't gonna have any evidence anyway, because there is physically none. Lack of rock-solid evidence is an inherent part of the most child abuse cases, but it's not a proof it did NOT happen.
That's the very reason children get abused - they aren't gonna put 2+2 together until years later and in many cases are unable to put in words what exactly and how wrong it was, or live in fear, cos the pedo was a figure of authority, also if the kid is somehow mental by default, other people know they can't take everything the kid says at face value.

That was an excellent post, and should be required reading not just for trannies but for everyone. It gave me a renewed sense of wonder at the human body, gratitude for the medical miracles we can perform, and proper humility at our still vast ignorance of our own origins.

All life on this planet is such a miracle. Our own hominin bodies work in such ridiculous ways, some which have been rather suboptimally cobbled together by evolution (like the exchange we make for the ability to speak: a vastly increased likelihood of choking compared to every other mammal due to our unique vocal tract anatomy. Or the exchange we make for our neuronal capacity: increased cranial dimensions, but a consequent increase in dystocia risk plus the relative underdevelopment of our neonates at birth compared to other mammals. Or our pelvic arrangements which allow us to be bipedal when we really weren't quite optimized for that yet, hence the back pain industry.) There is so much we don't know, and all I personally can certify is that it is a miracle that we are here and walking around and eating and fucking and reproducing at all.

When I look back at previous eras of medicine from antiquity to the American Civil War, I can't help but marvel not at the huge scope of what has changed, but also what HASN'T changed. We are able to perform medical miracles in some ways, but in other ways we are babes in the woods. I can't imagine what people a hundred or couple hundred years hence will think of our 21st century understanding and ability. I hope they will be kind when they judge our inability to understand the whole worlds inside ourselves. I know there are things those future people still won't be able to understand.

It makes me so sad and so angry to see the characters in this thread destroying their god-given abilities to do things like excrete waste safely or enjoy pleasurable sex, things that we all too often take for granted. Many sick people would give all they have to be able to make the choice to do those things, and medicine in its current state can't give it to them - but we allow people with severe mental illness and socially contagious ideas to take these things away from themselves, to ruin their one and only bodies with no more thought than if they were in a character creation screen.
